Lycamon - Digimon OC

Yeah this is an old one. During my Spring Break nostalgia frenzy I found this sketch and decided to color it (due to my lack of life). I've been hesitant about showing it again but...meh... why not?

(Note: This is in a completely fictional alternate Digimon universe I made up. Takes place decades after Adventure 02.)

After the events of Adventure 02, a small underground group of pariah scientists called DCP (the Digimon Creation Project) began working together to unlock the secrets of Digimon to use for their own purposes. They were impressed by their potential for great power and ability to adapt into many forms. Slowly they began to collect digital data by tapping into scattered data trapped within the Earth (since Digimon data stuck on Earth cannot return to the digial world) and later finding small links to the Digital World (but none that would allow actual travel). Thirty years later, they were able to start the true project - creating their own Digimon.

Lycamon is an accidental Digimon that was created by a failed attempt to merge the digital DNA of Gabumon, Psychemon and various other canine-like digimon to create the perfect Nature Spirit family Digimon. She was the second created Digimon - the first being Pyromon who was designed to be part of the Dragon's Roar group (he was also somewhat of a failure due to his manic and uncontrollable behavior). Lycamon's original data was accidentally mixed with some of Lunamon's data. Rather than being a fighting Digimon that would be used for combat, Lycamon became a more laid-back and peaceful creature. Although she is labeled a failure - one of the scientists has hopes that with the right training and incentive - she could be useful.
