Vulpix Gijinka OC

I had been wanting to do something cute and involving a Vulpix (my favorite Pokemon). I finally had some time to color it.

She's based on Lolita/Maid outfits. Fashions I find totally adorable - especially on adorable Pokemon like Vulpix.
